reflection,  connection

- Monday 28th May 2018 at 3pm -

This event is new for 2018 and involves an audio guide consisting of a collection of music, poetry and short mindfulness meditations.  The audio guide is essentially about what it means to be human; our connection with other people and our universe. There are some short mindfulness meditations, some music and poetry that we hope you will enjoy and that will bring a sense of curiosity, and perhaps a different perspective to your experience of being human.
MP3 players with headphones and pre-loaded with the audio guide and ready for use will be supplied on the day.

Important information

The event is suitable for those who require a steadying arm whilst walking or people who use mobility scooters, wheelchairs or other mobility aids. Once we have gathered together in the the car park we will make our way to the grassy area on the East side of the pond  for the duration of the event. We will then move to the nearby cafe after the event for tea!
We will be meeting at 3pm in East Beach car park (near the ramp up to the sea wall) Selsey PO20 0SZ. The walking time for the event is minimal.
Please note that all places on this event are ticketed. A companion for someone using a mobility aid (frame, chair, scooter, etc.) or for someone who just needs a friend with a steadying arm to accompany them should purchase a Companion Ticket. Once free Companion Ticket is available with each paid ticket.
Each paid ticket is £4 and tickets are available to book on the TicketSource website.
**With grateful thanks to West Sussex County Council and members of the local community who supported the Community Initiative Fund grant application**
