Understanding the nature of the course
  • In order for you to obtain the most from the course it is recommended that you attend each of the eight sessions.
  • As an essential part of the learning you will be encouraged to meditate on a daily basis. You will benefit more from the course if you are able to do this, however this is entirely up to you.

  • Please be aware that if there are concerns about your suitability you may be declined a place on the course.
  • I have professional indemnity insurance for my mindfulness and therapeutic work.
  • I possess a current disclosures and barring form (CRB check).

Fees and payment
  • All fees must be received prior to the start of the course.
  • Payment can be made using an online bank transfer. Please let me know if you would like to pay using an alternative method.
Cancellations and refunds
  • Once payment has been made there are no refunds unless, after the 1-1 telephone interview, it is thought that the course is not suitable for you.
  • In the unlikely event that the course has to be cancelled any fees paid will be refunded in full.
