Your safety and comfort
It is important for you to be aware that mindfulness meditation can be emotionally challenging at times and for some people.
When attending the online course you agree to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and to work within your physical and emotional limitations. There is a simple mindful movement component to the course.
Mindfulness is neither a therapy nor a treatment and is not suitable for people who are very distressed, in crisis, or those in the acute phase of any medical or psychiatric illness. If any of these things apply to you please do not register for the online class.
Please be aware that if there are concerns about your suitability you may be declined a place.
I have professional indemnity insurance for my mindfulness and therapeutic work.
I am registered with the disclosures and barring update service (CRB check).
Any information disclosed in person to me will remain confidential in accordance with the code of conduct for Chartered members of the British Psychological Society.
